this album was recorded and produced within 2 weeks in 2019, I can’t remember most of the lyrics and the music is abhorrent. I wanted to put a sound to the psychological nightmare I was experiencing at the time, most sounds and samples are derived from my voice. I hope this makes you as panic ridden and eager to switch off as I felt at the time of recording. this was a nightmare to create and it’s a nightmare to listen to. enjoy
